FBT Boxing Hand Wraps – Cotton and Spandex Blend

Prepare for training with FBT Boxing Hand Wraps, designed for a snug, comfortable fit beneath your boxing gloves. Made from a cotton and spandex blend, these wraps balance flexibility with a firm feel, making them easy to wind around your hands and wrists.

A thumb loop helps anchor the wrap as you begin, while the 5 cm width provides practical coverage for boxing, Muay Thai and other striking workouts.

Key Benefits

• Secure, snug fit: Wraps closely around the hands and wrists to provide an additional layer of support beneath gloves.

• Balanced stretch: The cotton and spandex blend offers flexibility without feeling overly stretchy or soft.

• Easy wrapping: A firm yet comfortable fabric helps you wrap evenly and maintain a close fit.

• Thumb loop: Keeps the starting point in place for easier application.

• Two length options: Choose approximately 4 metres or 3.5 metres to suit your hand size and wrapping preference.

• Versatile training essential: Suitable for boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing and bag-work sessions.

Cotton and Spandex Fabric

The blended fabric combines the comfortable feel of cotton with the flexibility of spandex. Designed to avoid excessive stretch or softness, it provides a controlled feel when wrapping around the knuckles, hands and wrists.

Size Guide

Choose your length according to hand size, wrapping technique and the amount of coverage you prefer. The longer option provides more material for additional layers.

How to Use

Place the loop around your thumb, then wrap evenly around your wrist, hand and knuckles using your preferred boxing wrapping technique. Keep the wrap snug without restricting circulation or finger movement. Check that your boxing gloves fit comfortably over the wraps before training.
